Facility Management Executive

Job Description

We are hiring 3 experienced Facility Management professionals to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of company buildings and infrastructure in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities are well-maintained, cost-effective, and compliant with health and safety standards while supporting business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance, cleaning, security, and safety operations across all facilities.
• Manage contracts and vendors for facility services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet facility needs.
• Monitor budget, energy usage, and cost efficiency for facilities operations.
• Prepare facility reports and performance updates for management.
• Handle emergency response planning and health & safety audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and MEP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HSE and sustainability practices.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
