Job Description

We are looking for skilled and experienced Electricians to work in the oil and gas sector on various on‑shore and off‑shore projects. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with strict industry safety and quality standards. The company provides accommodation and transportation for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, terminate, test, and commission electrical systems, panels, and wiring as per technical drawings and project requirements ae.joblum.com

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in high‑voltage and low‑voltage systems ae.joblum.com
  • Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, loop drawings, and technical specifications ae.joblum.com

  • Ensure all electrical tasks follow company, industry, and HSE safety standards (including ATEX, permit‑to‑work, and confined space procedures) Stjegypt

  • Maintain tools and equipment and keep work areas clean and organized

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrician in industrial or oil & gas environments (rigs, plants, facilities)
Technical diploma or trade certification in electrical technology or related field preferred.
Ability to work with HV/LV systems and perform testing and commissioning tasks.
Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and industry best practices

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in the UAE / GCC oil and gas sector
  • Certified training such as BOSIET / HUET / H2S (for offshore roles)
  • Familiarity with instrumentation and control cabling
  • Ability to work under pressure, adaptable, and a team player
