We are hiring a Document Controller to manage, organize, and control all project and company documents. The candidate must have strong organizational skills and experience with document management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all project and company documents.
- Maintain document logs, revisions, and version control.
- Ensure accurate filing and quick retrieval of documents.
- Share documents with internal teams and external clients.
- Check document accuracy before approval and distribution.
- Follow document control procedures and audit requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Knowledge of DMS/software (SharePoint, MS Office).
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
