Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Scientist (Hybrid) to work with large datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that support business decision-making. The role offers a flexible hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with remote productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
  • Build, train, and validate statistical and machine learning models
  • Develop predictive, classification, and forecasting models
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decision-makers
  • Optimize model accuracy, performance, and scalability
  • Deploy models and support monitoring in production environments
  • Maintain documentation of data processes, models, and methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles
  • Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus)
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
  • Prior experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
  • Experience in UAE or GCC markets

Preferred Skills
