Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist & Analytics Specialist to collect, process, and analyze large datasets to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform data into actionable insights, build predictive models, and help drive data-driven strategies across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and visual reports to identify trends and patterns.
• Apply machine learning and statistical analysis to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with management and technical teams to optimize performance.
• Monitor data quality, ensure accuracy, and maintain secure data handling practices.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or data science (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong skills in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
