We are hiring Data Entry Operators to enter, update, and maintain accurate company data. This role requires high typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data in spreadsheets, CRM, and company systems.
- Check data for accuracy and correct errors.
- Prepare, sort, and organize documents.
- Generate daily/weekly reports.
- Assist internal departments with data-related needs.
- Maintain data confidentiality and file records.
- Follow standard data entry procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Typing speed of 35–45 WPM.
- MS Office proficiency (Excel & Word).
- Good communication and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
