Job Description
We are hiring 3 dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidates will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat while ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, processes, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex cases to senior teams when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) to address customer concerns.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer issues and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company communication guidelines and quality standards.
- Contribute to improving support procedures and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (customer service or business-related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or call center roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work independently.
- Good listening skills and professional behavior.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
