Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails.

- Update customer details in CRM systems.
- Follow up on pending customer requests.

- Prepare daily customer support reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
