Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries, provide information, and deliver excellent service across phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Update customer details in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on pending customer requests.
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to guidelines.
  • Prepare daily customer support reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Office and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Customer-first attitude.
