Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and help resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide solutions to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and guidance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while representing the company’s brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate or call center environment.
- Knowledge of company products, services, or industry is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
