Job Description
We are seeking friendly, proactive, and professional Emirati Nationals to join our Customer Relations team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer service experience. This role is aligned with Emiratization initiatives and offers a promising career path in customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their service requests and inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Provide product/service knowledge and guide customers with required procedures.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey and promote a high standard of service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer issues.
- Prepare daily reports and escalate complex concerns to supervisors when required.
- Support the team in promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
- UAE Nationals only (with valid Emirates ID and Family Book).
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or admin roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in Arabic (essential) and good command of English.
