Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executives for a leading retail bank in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products, acquiring new customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. Applicants must have strong communication skills, customer service abilities, and prior experience in financial or retail banking sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the bank’s credit card products to individual customers.
- Conduct field visits, telecalling, and lead generation activities to acquire new clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the bank.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat sales and referrals.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, outdoor sales events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
- Provide post-sales customer support and address inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in credit card sales or retail banking (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
- Good understanding of banking products and UAE market segments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are an advantage.
