Job Description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, including residential buildings, offices, hotels, and public areas. The company offers accommodation, employment visa, weekly off, public holidays off, and overtime (OT) benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and other common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors and surfaces
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and restroom supplies
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and furniture as needed
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
• Report maintenance issues or damage to supervisors
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times

Required Qualifications

• No formal education required (basic education preferred)
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in varied weather and facility conditions

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a cleaner or janitorial staff
• Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safety practices
• Experience working in UAE or GCC environments is a plus
