Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our construction team for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Dubai. Carpenters play a key role in building, installing, and repairing structural and finishing elements using timber, plywood, and other construction materials, ensuring high quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans to understand project requirements.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials accurately.
• Construct and install frameworks including walls, floors, doors, windows, and stairs.
• Build and install cabinets, furniture fixtures, partitions, and other wooden elements on site.
• Repair or replace damaged structures and fixtures as needed. GulfTalent
• Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors, team members, and other trades to complete tasks on time

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in construction, fit‑out, or civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools (hand and power tools).
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in UAE or GCC construction projects.
• Carpentry certification, trade diploma, or vocational training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
