Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will identify prospects, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s growth strategy through effective sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through meetings, cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
- Understand client requirements and propose solutions that align with company offerings.
- Conduct market research to explore new business sectors and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure revenue growth.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close business deals while maintaining profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, tenders, and contract submissions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and regularly report performance to management.
- Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and client presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development or sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of the local market and business networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu) are an advantage.
