Job Description

We are hiring 3 motivated Business Development Associates to join our expanding team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s sales growth. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, conducting follow-ups, preparing proposals, and achieving monthly business targets. Candidates must have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online research.
  • Pitch company services/products to potential clients and explain offerings professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and demos with interested prospects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain CRM data, track leads, and update sales activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
