Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and managing customized holiday packages, handling both B2B and B2C clients, utilizing Global Distribution Systems (GDS), managing visa documentation and advisory services, and ensuring professional customer service with adherence to refund and service protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Holiday Package Creation – Design and customize domestic and international holiday packages to suit client preferences and budgets.
Client Handling – Manage and maintain relationships with both B2B partners and B2C customers, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Booking Management – Make reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tours using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Visa Assistance & Advisory – Guide clients through visa application processes, documentation requirements, and embassy guidelines for various destinations.
Customer Service Excellence – Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Refund & Service Protocols – Process refunds, amendments, and cancellations in compliance with company and industry guidelines.
Market Knowledge – Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, promotional offers, and destination information.
Sales & Upselling – Promote additional services such as travel insurance, guided tours, and premium upgrades to maximise sales.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Proven track record in handling both B2B and B2C clients effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and partners.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Knowledge of refund policies, airline rules, travel industry regulations, and international visa requirements.
Creative approach to holiday package design and itinerary planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
