Job Description
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Banking Sales Executives to promote and sell banking products and financial services. The ideal candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, and accounts
- Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and customer interactions
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers
- Process applications and ensure accurate documentation submission
- Follow up on leads and application status to ensure timely closures
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal banking teams for approvals and processing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in banking or financial sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE banking or financial services sales
- Knowledge of credit cards, loans, and retail banking products
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages an advantage)
- Field sales experience
- Strong closing and follow-up skills
