Job Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Banking Sales Executives to join a leading financial institution. The ideal candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving monthly sales targets. Applicants should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and insurance.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the bank.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the team leader/manager.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, sales activities, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC regulations, and financial guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or Finance preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in banking sales, field sales, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of banking products and local market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
