AI Engineer (Data Science & Analytics)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer (Data Science & Analytics) to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that transform data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will work on machine learning models, advanced analytics, and AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for business use cases
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights, patterns, and trends
• Build predictive, classification, and recommendation models
• Develop data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation processes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Deploy models into production and monitor performance
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, and analytics technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles
• Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and algorithms
• Experience with SQL and data analytics tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning models
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
• Experience working in UAE or GCC markets
