Job Description

We are hiring a smart and organized Administrative Executive to support office operations, manage documentation, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be well-educated, professional, and capable of handling multitasking responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the office
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Assist HR and management in administrative tasks
  • Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents
  • Support procurement and vendor coordination
  • Ensure smooth workflow within departments
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and tracking office activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office coordination experience
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional personality with attention to detail
