Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Assist HR and management in administrative tasks
- Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents
- Support procurement and vendor coordination
- Ensure smooth workflow within departments
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and tracking office activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of administrative or office coordination experience
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional personality with attention to detail
