I bring with me 16 years of experience from hospitality, facilities & real estate leasing industries. In my current role at Bagmane Developers, I focused on Retail Leasing role and key responsibilities were like of “Spearhead end-to-end leasing & operations, negotiating terms, renewals, and tenant Lease agreements, achieving 90% occupancy across retail properties, Conduct market research to identify trends, optimizing leasing strategies to boost revenue, Collaborate with legal/finance teams to ensure contract compliance and mitigate risks.

KFC, Domino’s, Subway, California Burrito, Baskin Robbins, Samosa Party, Wow Momo’s, Smoke, Squeeze, Lassi magic, Coffee Brewery, House Of Andhra, Krispy Kreme, CTR, and many more are just a handful of the big brands and QSRs I have worked with over the years. In addition to South Indian format, particularly Andhra and Hyderabadi cuisines, we also have a considerable amount of local flavor among all of them.

We have recently been able to lease all of the major brands from fine dining experiences inside our tech parks, including TOIT, Byg Brewski, Pizza 4P’s, Nasi & Mee, Punjab Grill, Supa San, Third Wave Coffee, and Starbucks. With all of these we are trying to create an experience zone not only for our tech employees but also for the near about society.
