Sales & Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Store Manager to lead and manage our retail store operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage store staff, setting performance targets and motivating the team.
• Sales & Targets: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service, resolving complaints and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Manage inventory, stock levels, and store layout to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and store initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure the store complies with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local laws.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in retail management or sales; UAE experience is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and merchandising.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; POS/ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
