Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market awareness, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Client Acquisition: Approach potential clients to present company services/products and convert prospects into customers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (UAE experience is a plus).
    • Experience in sectors like real estate, corporate services, trading, or marketing is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Good understanding of market trends and sales techniques.
    • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-driven, persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
