Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product recommendations based on their needs.
• Sales & Upselling: Actively promote and sell products, upsell where appropriate, and meet individual and store sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the store’s products, features, and benefits, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
• Stock Management: Ensure the store is well-stocked, tidy, and organized. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain store displays, ensuring that products are attractively presented and shelves are neat and tidy.
• Cash Handling: Assist with cash register duties, process sales transactions, and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Customer Feedback: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve overall sales goals.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Sales-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude. A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Commission: Sales commission based on individual performance, providing an opportunity to increase earnings.
