Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering product recommendations based on their needs.
- Sales & Upselling: Actively promote and sell products, upsell where appropriate, and meet individual and store sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the store’s products, features, and benefits, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
- Stock Management: Ensure the store is well-stocked, tidy, and organized. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain store displays, ensuring that products are attractively presented and shelves are neat and tidy.
- Cash Handling: Assist with cash register duties, process sales transactions, and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Customer Feedback: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve overall sales goals.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Sales-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude. A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Commission: Sales commission based on individual performance, providing an opportunity to increase earnings.
