Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store shopping experience and ensure that products are displayed in the most appealing and effective manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, trends, and retail consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute attractive product displays and store layouts
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines
  • Monitor stock levels on display and coordinate with store teams for replenishment
  • Prepare seasonal displays, thematic setups, mannequins, and window designs
  • Analyze customer behavior and store traffic flow to improve visual layouts
  • Collaborate with store managers, marketing teams, and buyers
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure display consistency across locations (if applicable)
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all display areas
  • Monitor competitor displays and market trends to suggest improvements
  • Assist in planning launch events, promotions, and in-store campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in retail or fashion
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and styling
  • Ability to work with mannequins, props, store fixtures, and décor
  • Good understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp is a plus)
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours during setups and seasonal campaigns
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and trend awareness
