Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling and product advice
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, brand collections, and product details
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle POS transactions, payments, and daily cash reconciliation
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays
- Represent the brand with professionalism, elegance, and confidence.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills, particularly in luxury retail
- Fashion sense and product knowledge in luxury apparel & accessories
- Ability to build client relationships and deliver personalized service
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Professional grooming and presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
