Job Description

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to maintain company systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support employees with IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for systems, networks, and hardware
  • Install, configure, and update software
  • Troubleshoot computer issues and resolve tickets
  • Maintain network connectivity and office IT infrastructure
  • Assist with printer, CCTV, and access control setup
  • Conduct routine system checks and backups
  • Document IT procedures and system logs

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science
  • 1–3 years of technical support experience
  • Knowledge of networking, OS, hardware & troubleshooting
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
