Roles & Responsibilities
Page the guest and coordinate with the drivers to ensure seamless transfer from the
airport to the vehicle
– Coordinate with the operations department.
– Keep the client updated in regards to the vehicle location.
– Ensure that proper location updates are communicated with the guests to avoid any
complaints.
– Ensure drivers are properly available at the correct point after receiving the guests to avoid
any complaints.
– Submit daily summary reports outlining any possible arising issues.
– Track guest satisfaction and maintain records of feedback, complaints, and compliments.
– Take immediate action or escalate complaints to ensure timely resolution.
– Maintain regular contact with the Operation Department and Drivers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airport coordination, guest handling, or customer service within the transportation, travel, or hospitality industry (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Malayalam will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Able to handle guests courteously and resolve issues promptly.
- Basic knowledge of using communication tools (WhatsApp, GPS tracking, Cabman/transport software, Excel, etc.).
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per operational requirements.
