Roles & Responsibilities
•Brand Storytelling: Create powerful, emotive, and aspirational copy that communicates the vision and lifestyle of luxury master-planned communities and landmark projects.
•Project Launches: Develop naming, taglines, launch campaigns, brochures, press releases, and sales collateral tailored to each development.
•Digital Content: Write web copy, SEO content, social media captions, blog articles, video scripts, and email campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
•Sales & Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content for presentations, project briefs, and advertising.
•Editorial Consistency: Ensure tone, style, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms in line with the company’s brand identity.
•Research & Insights: Conduct research on lifestyle, architecture, luxury trends, and competitor activity to bring fresh, relevant ideas to campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 4–7 years in content/copywriting, preferably within luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
•Skills:
o Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
o Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive copy.
o Strong knowledge of luxury branding and lifestyle positioning.
o Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content strategies.
o Creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling finesse.
o Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
