Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Tour Sales & Operations Manager to oversee tour operations and drive sales optimization across our global portfolio. This is a strategic role combining analytical thinking, team leadership, and operational excellence in the fast-paced tourism industry.

Key responsibilities:

1) Sales Analysis & Optimization.

Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics
Analyze tour sales data and propose strategic improvements
Monitor year-over-year performance trends and identify growth opportunities.

2) Tour Operations Management

Open and close tour slots based on demand analysis
Coordinate museum and attraction bookings
Ensure optimal tour scheduling and resource allocation.

3) Team Leadership

Manage and delegate tasks to team members
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Implement quality control processes and standards.

4) Platform & Partnership Management

Manage tour publications on company website and major OTA platforms (GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, Tiqets, etc.)
Troubleshoot publication issues and optimize tour visibility
Set up and manage promotional campaigns across platforms
Verify correct tour display and positioning on partner sites.

5) Partner Relations

Maintain communication with platform partners regarding publication details
Negotiate promotional opportunities and platform positioning
Coordinate with partners to resolve technical and operational issues
Required Qualifications:

1) Essential Requirements:

English proficiency: C1 level in both spoken and written communication (mandatory)
Technical skills: Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis
Platform experience: Experience with OTA platforms (GetYourGuide, Booking.com, TripAdvisor) or similar booking systems
Leadership experience: Minimum 3 years of team management experience with measurable results
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering/Business/Tourism Management preferred)
Problem-solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in booking/CMS systems
Data analysis: Experience with sales analytics, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
Project management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Warsaw time), Monday to Friday
Fast and stable internet connection, as well as reliable tools for remote work.

2) Preferred Qualifications:

Industry knowledge: 2+ years experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations
Experience with content management systems and web publishing
Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies
Familiarity with museum/attraction booking systems
Experience with promotional campaign management across multiple platforms
Understanding of digital marketing principles
Knowledge of tourism industry regulations and compliance
Experience with CRM systems (ZOHO, Salesforce, or similar)
Multilingual capabilities (additional European languages a plus)
