3. Payment Terms & Use of Payment Gateway

  • Payments made through the Service are processed securely via, a third-party payment gateway.
  • The Company does not store your payment card details. All transactions comply with PCI DSS standardsand applicable UAE Central Bank regulations.
  • By making payments through Payment Gateway, you agree to Payment Gateway terms and conditions.
  • Refunds: Fees for services provided are generally non-refundable, except where required by UAE consumer protection laws or at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Any disputes related to payments must be raised within 7 working daysof the transaction.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal data is collected, used, and stored in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

Members agree to comply with the Company’s rules, including:

  • Employers must post genuine job vacancies.
  • No attempt to breach security, access unauthorized accounts, or disrupt Service operations.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access and may be reported to UAE law enforcement authorities.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms. The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or reliability of such external sites.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
