A reputable retail and hospitality company in Croatia is hiring reliable and customer-friendly Cashiers for store and front-desk operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling cash transactions, customer billing, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately
  • Operate billing systems, POS machines, and cash registers efficiently
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers correctly
  • Maintain proper cash balance and prepare daily sales reports
  • Assist customers with product information and billing inquiries
  • Ensure smooth checkout operations and excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counters
  • Follow company policies, financial procedures, and security standards
  • Coordinate with supervisors and store staff for smooth operations
  • Handle customer complaints professionally when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cashier or Retail Staff preferred
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and busy environments
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented personality
  • Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
