Job Description

A reputable cleaning and facility management company is hiring hardworking and reliable Female Cleaners for residential, commercial, hotel, office, and facility cleaning projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, sanitation, and maintaining hygienic environments according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Clean offices, rooms, hallways, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential and commercial facilities
• Handle cleaning chemicals, detergents, and equipment safely and properly
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures
• Refill cleaning supplies, toiletries, and hygiene products when required
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and washing tools
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cleaner / Housekeeper / Janitorial Worker preferred
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping practices
• Ability to use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment safely
• Physically fit for standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive cleaning tasks
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Honest, disciplined, and hardworking personality
• Team player with attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Experience in hotels, offices, hospitals, residential buildings, or commercial facilities is an advantage
