Maistra Hospitality Group is hiring dedicated and hardworking Room Attendants for housekeeping, room cleaning, guest room maintenance, and hospitality support services in Croatia. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in hotel housekeeping, room cleaning, linen handling, sanitation, and maintaining guest accommodation standards in hotels, resorts, and hospitality properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and arrange room amenities for guest comfort
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly
  • Refill toiletries, drinking water, minibar items, and guest supplies where required
  • Report damaged furniture, maintenance issues, or missing room items to supervisors
  • Ensure rooms are properly arranged and ready for new guest check-ins
  • Handle laundry collection, linen replacement, and housekeeping inventory support
  • Maintain cleanliness of hallways, service areas, and housekeeping storage spaces
  • Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and guest privacy policies strictly
  • Work closely with housekeeping supervisors and hotel staff for smooth room operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant / Housekeeping Staff / Hotel Cleaner preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, room sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
  • Ability to maintain high cleanliness and guest service standards
  • Physically fit for standing, lifting, bending, and cleaning duties for long hours
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Good attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Team player with strong work ethic and discipline
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality sector is an advantage
