Trade Representative

Job Description

A reputed import-export company, FMCG distributor, manufacturing firm, or commercial enterprise in Bulgaria is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Trade Representative to manage client relationships, promote products and services, and expand business opportunities in domestic and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, handling product presentations, negotiating sales terms, monitoring market trends, and ensuring smooth trade operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, business understanding, and a professional approach toward sales and trade development.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Promote company products and services to distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and business clients
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
✔ Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and trade presentations
✔ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms professionally
✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
✔ Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment
✔ Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and client feedback records
✔ Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events when required
✔ Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and business development targets
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships

Requirements:

✔ 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or trade representation
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Knowledge of import-export, wholesale, retail, or commercial trade operations
✔ Ability to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM software)
✔ Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
✔ Driving license may be preferred for field sales roles
✔ English communication skills preferred for international trade roles

Salary & Benefits:
