Job Description
A reputed manufacturing, food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial production company in Romania is hiring a skilled Mixing Machine Operator to operate and monitor industrial mixing equipment used for blending raw materials, ingredients, and production compounds according to quality and safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for measuring materials, loading ingredients into mixing machines, monitoring mixing cycles, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring consistent product quality. The ideal candidate should have machine operation experience, attention to detail, and knowledge of production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operate industrial mixing machines for blending raw materials and production ingredients
✔ Measure, weigh, and load materials accurately according to production formulas
✔ Set machine parameters such as speed, temperature, and mixing duration
✔ Monitor mixing cycles to ensure proper consistency and product quality
✔ Inspect finished mixtures for texture, quality, and production standards
✔ Clean mixing tanks, machine parts, and work areas after production cycles
✔ Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of machines
✔ Maintain production records, ingredient logs, and machine operation reports
✔ Follow workplace hygiene, safety, and production guidelines
✔ Coordinate with quality control and production teams to meet output targets
Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing / production
✔ Knowledge of industrial mixing systems and process controls
✔ Ability to handle machine setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting
✔ Understanding of production formulas, measurements, and quality standards
✔ Good attention to detail and monitoring skills
✔ Ability to work in shifts and production-based environments
✔ Basic technical / vocational training is preferred
