Job Description

We are seeking experienced and hardworking Fishermen to support fishing operations at sea and coastal areas. The ideal candidates will assist in catching, handling, and storing fish while ensuring safety and compliance with marine regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in fishing operations using nets, lines, and other equipment
  • Handle, sort, clean, and store fish properly
  • Maintain fishing gear, nets, and boats
  • Follow safety procedures while working at sea
  • Support loading and unloading of fish catch
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Report equipment issues or safety hazards
  • Comply with marine and environmental regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Physically fit and able to work long hours at sea
  • Ability to swim (preferred)
  • Willingness to work in harsh weather and marine conditions
  • Disciplined, reliable, and team-oriented
  • No formal education required

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience as a fisherman or in marine work
  • Knowledge of fishing techniques and equipment
  • Awareness of marine safety practices
  • Experience working in UAE or GCC fishing industry (preferred)
