Skill Worker
Job Description
We are seeking experienced and reliable Skilled Workers to perform technical and specialized tasks across our projects and facilities. The ideal candidates will contribute to efficient operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, and comply with safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled tasks such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, HVAC, or mechanical work
- Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance activities as assigned
- Read and follow work instructions, drawings, or technical guidelines
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure work is completed according to quality, safety, and project standards
- Inspect completed work and report defects or issues
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all workplace safety, HSE, and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a skilled trade (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
- Relevant trade certificate or vocational training (preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of performing technical tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and discipline
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on construction sites or facility maintenance projects
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and industry best practices
- Awareness of safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to work shifts or extended hours when required
- Prior experience in UAE or GCC projects (preferred)
