Labour (Indoor / Outdoor)
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Indoor and Outdoor Labourers to assist in various manual work activities at our facilities. The ideal candidates will support operational tasks, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform indoor tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, packaging, and general facility support
- Perform outdoor tasks such as loading/unloading, construction assistance, gardening, or site maintenance
- Handle materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions and work under supervision to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Report any hazards or issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to workplace safety and company policies at all times
Required Qualifications
- No formal education required (primary/secondary education preferred)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Team-oriented and cooperative attitude
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in construction, warehouse, maintenance, or general labour work
- Knowledge of basic tools and equipment handling
- Awareness of safety procedures and protocols
- Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours if required
